About Stonegate CA

Stonegate of Muskegon Condominium Association is a single-family home condominium development in accordance with the Michigan Condominium Act and the Cedar Creek Township Zoning Ordinance.  The development began in 1995 and has expanded in several phases to now include over one hundred sites. It remains expandable up to two hundred twenty-five (225) sites and new custom homes are being built each year. Each owner receives a deed to his or her individual home or property (unit) in the project.  Utilities are underground and separately metered to the residence constructed. There is no existing public water or sewage service to the Association so individual water well and septic system is required.
